The above-mentioned Personal Data are collected by Kreacja Obrazu Kamila Wilk via sales forms on the website www.igibee.pl in order to handle orders for products in the store's offer, as well as to prepare marketing offers.

Archiving documentation, i.e. contracts and billing documents (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR) - the data will be stored for the periods indicated by law, and if they are not indicated for specific documents, for the time when their storage is within as part of the legitimate purpose of the administrator regulated by the time of possible redress.

Conducting marketing activities, where the legitimate interest is to promote the business of Kreacja Obrazu (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) - data will be stored until objections are raised or consent to data processing is withdrawn.

Handling of notifications sent using the contact form (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) - inquiries related to the activities of Kreacja Obrazu will be processed only until the matter you contact us with is settled, or until you raise an objection - provide us with information that you do not want us to ask you about your previous contact in the future.
