RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Right)

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods.

 

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email or a letter sent by post):

You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy (Annex 1), but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

 

3. Returning the Goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

 

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. wallpapers produced in custom dimensions ordered by the customer).

  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Please note: standard wall decals that are not customised remain eligible for return under the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

 

 

5. Defective or Damaged Goods — Legal Guarantee

Igibee is liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time the goods were delivered, in accordance with applicable EU law. If the goods are defective, you are entitled to:

  • Repair or replacement of the goods, free of charge.

  • A price reduction or full refund if repair/replacement is not possible or has not been carried out within a reasonable time.

Please contact us at contact@igibee.com with a description and photos of the defect within 2 years of delivery.

 

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the goods. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used.
