Returns Policy
Our returns and refunds policy covers 14 days, if more than 14 days have passed since the purchase was delivered, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
During this period, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, and must also be returned in the same packaging as when it was sent to the Customer,
To make a return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns
Once we receive and check your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if the return is approved or rejected.
We will also ask you to send us the account number to which the funds should be refunded.
If you are approved, the return will be processed and the funds will be automatically returned to your credit card or account within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds to Your Account
If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Clearance Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Clearance items are not eligible for refunds
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your refund. Once we receive your returned item, we will send you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of your return.
Shipping and Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, shipping times may vary, and therefore the time it may take for the exchanged item to reach you may also vary.
We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
