Returns and refunds

Wall stickers: 14 days from delivery to tell us you wish to return them. This also applies to discounted wall stickers.

Personalised wallpaper made to your measurements cannot be returned because you change your mind. Your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described remain unchanged.

1. Wall stickers — your 14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase of wall stickers without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after the day you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receive them. If goods from one order arrive separately, the period starts after delivery of the last item.

Notify us before the deadline by emailing contact@igibee.com or writing to the address below. Include your name and order number so we can identify your purchase. You may use the optional form below, but any clear statement of withdrawal is sufficient. Prior approval is not required to exercise this right.

2. Wallpaper made to measure

Wallpaper produced to your individual wall measurements or otherwise clearly personalised is made to your specifications and is excluded from the change-of-mind right of withdrawal. Please check your measurements and order details before purchasing. This exception does not exclude complaints about faults, damage or goods that do not match the order.

3. Sending back wall stickers

Send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods within this period.

You pay the direct cost of return shipping for a change-of-mind return. Pack the goods securely, using the original packaging where possible; original packaging is not a condition for exercising your right of withdrawal. Keep proof of dispatch.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You are only responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Applying wall stickers may reduce their value.

4. Refunds

We will refund payments covered by your withdrawal, including any standard outbound delivery charge, without undue delay and within 14 days after you notify us. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever comes first. Any extra cost of a delivery option more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery is not refundable.

Refunds use the same payment method as the original purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise, and we do not charge a refund fee. There is no restocking fee. Discounted wall stickers have the same withdrawal rights as full-price wall stickers.

5. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

Contact contact@igibee.com with your order number and a description of the problem; photos are helpful where available. This applies to both wall stickers and personalised wallpaper. The made-to-measure exception and the change-of-mind return period do not limit your statutory rights concerning goods that are faulty or not as described, including the applicable EU legal guarantee. Where required by law, remedies are provided without cost to you.
